Jarred went to heaven to be with his Grammy Irene Farnham on his 13th birthday following a courageous battle with brain cancer. He died peacefully at his home in the presence of his wonderful family.
Jarred was born in Burlington on November 22, 1988, the beloved son of Dwayne and Maureen (Farnham) Williams. He was a seventh-grade student at Camels Hump Middle School, where he was very outgoing and well known for his exceptional sense of humor. Jarred was an excellent athlete who participated in many sports, his favorite being soccer, which he played with great gusto. He was an enthusiastic and fatihful member of the Nordic Spirit Soccer Club and Richmond Little League. He dearly loved hunting with his dad and skating and skiing with his mother and sister, Danielle, with whom he had a very special and dear relationship.
He was very often seen kicking the soccer ball around the yard or shooting hoops. A very avid Yankee's fan, he seldom missed them on television and daily checked the box scores. Jarred is survived by his devoted and loving family; his parents, Dwayne and Maureen Williams; his sister, Danielle Lynne Williams; and maternal grandfather, Bruce Farnham, all of Richmond; paternal grandparents Hollie and Mary Jo Williams of Hardwick; aunts, uncles and special cousins, Matthew, Amy, Erika, Amanda, Gunnar, Kaeta, Jayden, Chad, Christina, Nicholas and Lydia; and his very special classmates.
The support from the family, neighbors, friends and the entire Richmond community has been overwhelming. You are truly very special people, and the family will never forget the many kindnesses bestowed on them. Funeral services were held Monday, November 26 in Camels Hump Middle School.
